Shadowbeat, but they do mention that performance-enhancing drugs are ok...
they're too complex and difficult to detect with all the various types out
there, so they basically said "drug as much as you like, but only amateurs".
Also, corps are allowed to compete, and there's the line "...though you have
to wonder how much of an amateur someone is when he works at a desk for 3
hours a week, then goes to a high-tech training center for the rest of the
week."
