A good idea of what it would look/sound like can be
found in the Dragon Heart Saga By Jak Koke.
Jane-in-the-Box is the Decker for the Draco Foundation
in the series and can communicate to the runners
through her deck. She can pick up their
conversations, monitor their vitals and other cool
stuff.
