Sounds fairly cool; I have a similar character in one of my campaigns; he
downloads a list every month from an underworld website of
corporate/underworld/miscalanious bountys on people's heads along with last
known locations, pictures ect. Every so often when the team needs money or
he is stuck for something to do he asks me if there are any low level hits
out on someone seen recently where he is. Sometimes he spends a night
asking questions and getting nowhere, sometimes he finds and brings in the
target. I have yet to let him score some big cash off it, but its a nice
character detail to play with.
