Ah. I thought you were acquiescing the point on the basis of K's
knowledge/experience in the matter. :)
My guess, however, is that the inclusion of 3D movement as a seperate
power is a) for completeness and/or b) to allow a player to design an
ally that /can't/ fly while materialized.
