I couldn't find the answer to who owns them in a look through the various
corp listings in Corporate Download, but as Keith said they (apparently)
carry a lot of Aztechnology stuff so that could be a clue. As to how big
they are, it seems from some books that there is one on every other
corner, so I would imagine that Stuffer Shack is one of the biggest chains
of convenience stores in the UCAS, and probably the whole of North
America. Other than that, though, it's anyone's guess.
However, note that a Stuffer Shack is _not_ a fast-food restaurant. It's a
24-hour convenience store that sells just about anything from candy bars
and portable stereos to motor oil and air fresheners. That includes food,
and I would assume some way of "cooking" things like microwave dinners so
you can eat them in your car (or the parking lot).
For the layout and goings-on of a typical Stuffer Shack, the best source
is still the Food Fight "adventure" in the SR1 main rulebook, or the
slightly adjusted version of that in the adventure set First Run. IMHO the
former is better, because it has more places to hide and find cover :)
