Without reading the whole letter I can tell you one good source for
Sperethiel is the works of JRR Tolkien, as that is the language that his
elves used. Especially in The Lord of the Rings (Fellowship of the Ring, The
Two Towers, and Return of the King). I believe "Elen sil lumen omentielvo" is
"May the stars shine brightly on your path". I know that's the translation
but I'm not sure if I got the elven part 100% correct. There's also a
language for dwarves in his books if you want to make use of that.
