To me ATM, it's much the opposite: after 8 years of almost nothing but SR
for me, I've finally managed to persuade my group (who, on average, have
only been playing SR for maybe 3 years) to play a campaign in something
else for a change. We picked D&D for that mainly because we wanted to give
the 3rd edition a try, and it's a refreshing change from an SR campaign
that wasn't going anywhere partly due to GM burnout with the genre...
