(Although I could probably have done without knowing where
Hestaby's name came from... :) )

So does this mean that the proper pronunciation of "Sperethiel"
is "spee-ree-theel?" Where's the accent syllable?

We always pronounced it SPARE-a-theel, but that never felt
quite right.
