: Well folks here are the answers:To the first
:question you get a rating 6 skillwire with 216Mp
:(648000) ,a dedicated chipjack with a rating 12
:martial art (68400) and enhanced articulation.As
:winner to this I hold Arie as the one who got too
:close (althought his answer was too expensive to be

As other pointed out, you can't buy anything with an actual gear rating
higher than 6 at character creation. That includes programs, electronic
devices, certain drugs with variable ratings, and skillsofts.

: As for the second question, you get a albino gnome
:mage with a bonus attribute point (W10) a mnemonic
:enhancer 3 and sorcery and conjuring at 6.The winner

:P.S. to Sebastian Wiers :Munchkinizing is all about
:reading and combining the rules!

Munchkinizing is all about what you do with the character you are
playing- a munchin isn't acting as such if all they do is make hideous
characters and never play them. Minmaxing is about reading and combining
rules, especially at character creation. Its not art, it is simply an
applied science, like balancing an equation or taking a side in a debate.
Minmaxing can serve as one way to get an idea of what is reasonable
within the game world and what is not, and therfore might be considered
useful if not abused.
Munchkinism is, by popular defination, not at all useful, and always
abusive. Which may be the only way it qualifies as an art...
