So, by that reasoning, if Adam should step down as list admin, then hey,
Paolo should close the SR Archive as well. After all, running the
archive isn't that different from being RN list admin.

They are freelancers, not full time employees. I trust Adam implicitly
to know where the line lies between his freelancing relationship with
FASA, and his position here on the dumpshock lists, sites and whathave
you not. And you can rest assured that if any of the current DS staff
members and GridSec had issues with it, it would have been discussed. He
also knows I'd kick his arse (as would Neuron, though a bit more
literally) to the moon if he did start pulling the wrong sort of tricks
for an open atmosphere list. (Net Ettiquette not withstanding)

Now if you'll excuse me, I have some non FASA beta work to get back to.
