If, as someone said, there's a constant turnover among PC's, one thing that
would be in character for many of _my_ more successful PC's would be to find
another mage/shaman (somebody's new PC). Then this shaman really is not
indispensible -- the new guy can do everything he can, including heal party
members. Just a thought.
