I'd say just one that thinks bigger than the rest, and doesn't care about
casualties (and therefore about world opinion). After all, if you can
hijack an aircraft you can make it crash into an important target, at
least if you do it quickly enough. Hijacking three (or more) planes will
take more skill, but it still should be doable if you take them all at the
same time, not one after the other.
