Century 6 quatrain 97:
"At forty-five degrees the sky will burn,
Fire to approach the great new city:
In an instant a great scattered flame will leap up,
When one will want to demand proof of the Normans."

There's nothing there about twin brothers, neither is there in the
quatrain above it. Anyhow, NY is at 40 degrees latitude.

This might equally refer to some forest fire (fire to approach) that
threatens a city (say Montreal or Toronto who actually are on 45
latitude) and that was started by a British/French secret agent.
(no sarcasm intended)

Plus translating old French is difficult and there are loads of mistakes
in many of them. The one above for example looks like it was done by
Babelfish.

Look, what you do is your own thing. If you believe that WWIII is upon
us, nothing I say will change your mind. And that's fine with me. My
only problem with the original post was that it wasn't a real
Nostradamus quatrain, that it spreads like wildfire over the net, and at
this difficult time many people have enough difficultly coping with the
enormous loss of live without having to worry whether WWIII is coming
along straight after that.
