That's not quite true. FASA gave someone permission to produce the movie,
and they're the ones in charge of script and budget and such. The option
for the movie rights was extended in early 2001, and I believe they still
have the rights into 2002 sometime. Also, they had decided that the small
budget approach wasn't working, and were actually talking to higher-ups in
the entertainment community to try and get more funding for the movie.
