Actually if you look in the old Shadowtech sourcebook, at least most of the
drugs are still illegal and in fact it lists the appropriate fines/punishment
for possession, etc... But, I reiterate before. It's your world, and the book
didn't specify drugs so marijuana could possibly by then be
legalized...cannabis gods willing. ; )~
