I don't know, most dope-heads I know get their supplys from friends.
There's a lot of socializing around dealing THC. So you'd have to get
a couple of rather lethargic people to change their habits. Not easy
;)
Besides, the dealers won't just give up on their income, so they will
reduce prices just as much. Take a look at the margins from
manufacturing to street-dealers. It's going to be dirt cheap. Which
is not what the government would want.

Over here it's about 10DM/gram, about 5USD.

My guess is that BTLs last a lot longer. I'm by no means an expert,
but from what I know, you get the most serious high via crack. The
problem with crack is that it only lasts a very short time (some
minutes, IIRC). Now BTLs could give you that for maybe eight hours.
Sure, your brain is not going to like that, but hell, it's a drug.
Besides, I can get specifically the effect you want. Slight
hallucinations with serious euphoria? <click-click-click> Done!
You want to see everything blue during the trip? No problem?
All women should be nude? That'll cost extra...:)
