Hello,

I've been reading the Rigging chapter in SR3 and I've noticed several
mentions about using Active Sensons, ECM and elements which have a Flux
rating decreases the Signature of the vehicle, but they never say how does
it reduce it. Can anyone help me out? Have I missed some hidden paragraph?
