I'd step it out a bit, make it more logarithmic.

Int:
1 30
2 75
3 100
4 120
5 150
6 180
7 Unscaled (ie 200+)

And yes there are people out there who are "unscaled" I know one bloke who
(if the scale went high enough) has an IQ of 240 or there abouts.

It isn't a bad way to work it, IQ represents your potential ability to
learn, yes it's abstract but so's a character's int score.
