I'd put it in the second, I come out way over standard build points which
admittedly includes all of those little things that you never think about,
for example I have a fishing skill of 3, I haven't fished for a long while
but I know how, and I'm better than, "Grip line with forefinger, push over
bail arm, draw arm back, cast... wait a little...etc." You may say that
stuff like that doesn't count but why not? its all stuff that makes up who I
am.
