Ya know...in an old Palldium Beyond the Supernatural book, theres a
section on fear vs terror. And if I weren't lazy I'd go and get in and scan
it. But, alas, I am. So effectively it says precisely that. Fear is
simply being scared. It talks baout using mental terror vs your players
instead of just the six headed evil ugly. I love that effect. I know I can
scare my players with background stuff more than I can with a big mutie!
