Yes, that's what I thought. Don't forget that Trolls and Dwarves have to
pay extra for their equipment as an added problem so things even out more.

The races have different Attribute Maximums, which some might see as an
advantage, but to be honest I'm not of the opinino that they make THAT much
difference. A puny ork is still weaker than an average human for
instance. An attractive ork is better looking than an ugly elf.

There's also the fact that under the new system, a non magical character
(ie one assigning E to magic) has no reason NOT to use their D to be either
an ork or a dwarf for the extra 3 attribute points. Obviously a lot of
people just envision their characters as human or don't want to have to
deal with being a dwarf or whatever which is how things tend to work out
with my group anyway. But the rules basically say "you can be a dwarf or
ork for free and have more attribute points!".

Obviously the points based system in the companion gets round that, but
that IS more fiddly...
