On ShadowTK, people post in character, while Plot-D is to work out OOC stuff for
that. I suppose you can subscribe to them the same way you can to RN, but since
the last time I did this was around 1995 when these lists were still at
hearn.nic.surfnet.nl, things could have changed since then. There should be a TK
FAQ somewhere, which should have the answers you're looking for.
