I reckon you can only intercept someone unaposed by
using up their action. e.g. intercepter init. 24,
interceptee init. 14. On 14, interceptee tries to pass
interceptor. Seeing as intercepter didn't delay his
action from 24, I figure he has to use his action up
from the next pass If he wants to coathanger
interceptee.

OTOH, If intercepter use up next action but still
wants to intercept (entitled still just not unfairly
as unaposed), It'd resolved by a oposed melee test.

This allows for the stylish cinematics of the showdown
between the protagonist & agonist, the bad guy sending
off henchmen to block good guys path, & the good guy
clearing a swath, fending off goons the whole way
towards his adversarie.

IMHO this shouldn't allow for any munchkinous
loopholeseither, as It'll cost ya' If you try to
intercept everything & one, doesn't allow for unfair
guantlet style gangbangs as the runner can now defend
themselves, & If you think you're a smartboy/girl by
forcing your opponents to intercept you so's you can
pound them into the dirt (without using an action),
think again brightboy/girl 'cause npcs aren't that
dumb, they might decide to shy away at the last minute
indecision & step aside as they don't wanna' get
hammered, as they know you're pissed off. So can't
fraggin' force 'em either, Run on by little wo/man ;)
