Yeah I agree that interception doesn't use up an
action but I'm ruling that If you want' intercept with
an unaposed melee test (without defender oposed melee
test) you should use an action up, If OTOH you still
want to intercept (but without using a action)
interceptee gets to defend themselves; otherwise It's
unfair because someone who's pretty average or lame
can do some pretty serious damage (because unoposed,
they only need to get 2 successes to stage up to
serious 4 for deadly as their unoposed melee tests)
knocking out a kung fu master being pretty simple as
s/he's doesn't get a chance to defend self.

House rules we use are If you want to counter attack
you use a action, so If someone attacks you (after
you've used your action in your go) in the same pass,
If you wish to defend yourself with a counter attack
you must use your action from next pass to defend
self, therefore foregoing next go/pass (when It would
have been your go otherwise).
