Its an AC-47 in vietnam, and its actually orbiting the target in a circular
pattern (a tactic the AC-130 uses today).

The bottom of the "tornado" looks funky because the gunner walked his fire
back and forth along a line instead of concentrating it in a single area.

Keep in mind that there is one tracer every five rounds. That means that
the number of rounds actually fired is six times what you can see in the
picture.

In Vietnam the US forces did not loose a single action that was supported
by an AC-47.

Anywho, if I were to use something like this in Shadowrun, it would either
be on the side of the Shadowrunners, or they would witness its firepower
from a distance, or they would be playing a game of cat and mouse and just
trying to get away. Cuz if they were successfully attacked there's no way
they could survive.
