Not according to Mike Mulvihill (who mentioned this during his (short) stay
on this very list in the mid/late '90s).

Yes. NERPS: ShadowLore is dated 1994 (which means the NERPS mailing list
must have been around for perhaps a few years before that) while in SR
books it already appears in '90 or '91 or so.

That's because it's not there anymore :) The last NERPS site was at
shadowrun.html.com, but it didn't make the transition to dumpshock.com.
