Sorry If this has been discussed previously.

What should happen if the number of modifiers to a dice role
equals or exceeds the number of dice being rolled by the
player? Say the player is rolling 3 dice for skill and 3
dice from a pool, and the modifiers are removing 6 dice or
more. Will the player have any chance for success?
