OTOH, the vehicle armor/frame is probably heavily ferror-magnetic.
So we look to the secondary elemental effect of damage to electrical
systems. For that, I would resolve the 8(x) damage against 12 armor
normally, assessing damamge to vehicle electrical systems.

Yep, just sparks and no damage to anyone. Yay! Oh btw, the engine
stalled and your sensors are cooked. Nothing but snow and static on
all inputs. Drek.
