But does the lightning start from the outside of the sphere and arc
in, or the center of the sphere and arc out? If it starts from the
outside, then the vehicle skin will absorb the lightning. If it starts
from the center of the sphere, don't you run into some issues with
targeting? (IIRC, you have to be able to see the target of a spell to
affect it, and vehicles in SR have one-way mirrored windows unless
otherwise specified) I realize the whole physics in a magic system
thing, and that common sense probably doesn't apply to guys throwing
around mojo and all.

The third option is that the lightning exists in all parts of the
sphere simultaneously, but I just can't seem to wrap my head around
that. Moray eels in snow-globes is a little more than I can handle
this late at night. ;-)
