another (game balancing?) rule. How much of the vehicle's armor is
conductive, would you guess? Because metallic armor is useless
against Lightning Bolt/Ball. So suddenly, maybe the vehicle only has
a couple of points of armor against the spell.

That's not entirely accurate. Vehicles are designed to channel external
electricity to the ground. So technically all vehicles would be immune to
lightning based powers. The tires might melt, but that would be about it.
