I believe people were referring to the fact that by the book, the LAW
is not explicity an anti-vehicular weapon. I also do not believe it
is explicity NOT an AV weapon, and there may have been an oversight
in rules printing. It doesn't matter though. A LAW does what, 14S
or 14D? So against most vehicles that are not armored urban assault
craft, the LAW will do what it is supposed to, which is bring the
vehicle to a stop (if not because the vehicle is undrivable, then
because the occupants no longer feel like driving). I did not
mention the LAW initially to spark a debate about its capabilities
IRL or In Game. I mentioned it as an counterpoint to someone's game
balance argument. :)
