#used Outlook for perhaps 5 minutes out of my entire life, and
#not even once to actually send or receive e-mail with :)

I use Outlook because it does what I need it to do, while Thunderbird didn't
and neither did OE. I like having a Calendar and Address Book all-in-one. In
addition, my current job is tech support for a company which created a
plugin for Outlook to read RSS feeds.
