If you are planning on going with SR4, the top five aren't even known
to the masses. :)

If you are going with SR3, I'd suggest Core Rules, Magic in the
Shadows, Man and Machine, Cannon Companion, and The Shadowrun
Companion or Rigger 3 (kind of a toss up on that last). Expand it to
a top 7, and Sprawl Survival Guide immediately jumps into the list.
