I imagine it would certainly be possible, though if you want to
replicate the increased need for the decker to be on site like SR4,
you will face a few problems. In SR4 if you find a locked door, you
access it wirelessly, and use that as a gateway to get in to the
computer system and unlock the door

In SR3 terms, the lock would not be wireless, so unless it has a
jackpoint, the decker is going to need to physically wire himself a
jackpoint, and then hack in
