>>>>>[Mr. Lynch, I apologize for the delay. It took our people some time
to
locate the correct records and location of the shells to which you were
referring.
They are located in one of our storage sites, in this case Johannisburg, in
what used to be South Africa. Ms. Velli is prepared to allow you to verify
that they are there, although until we know more about the nature of the
danger, we are not willing to immediately return them to you. We did,
after all, purchase them from someone who's background check showed to be a
legal representative of the UCAS government.
I will be heading to Johannisburg in two days. If you care to join me
there sometime after my arrival, we can discuss thier status in some
detail. I am aware that you might have some personal reservations about
setting foot upon Maxim territory, considering certain death warrants
issued by Ms. Velli herself. I have been instructed to tell you that so
long as you are under the auspices of SIGA, you will not be harmed at any
time during your visit. I would give you Ms. Velli's personal guarantee,
but since I suspect you don't value that particularly highly, I shall give
you my personal guarantee. Hopefully you value that somewhat higher.
Good day, Mr. Lynch.]<<<<<
