Is it you contention that Thunda was not responsible for the crimes he was
accused of? I find this hard to believe, since Thunda repeatedly and loudly
claimed credit for those crimes. If those posts were forged, (something
practically impossible to do) he had plenty of time to protest and does not
seem to have tried. I also do not see why, if your organization is truly
committed to peacefully pursuing your goals, you would want to associate
youselves with a psychopathic mass murderer.

Or are you claiming that Jaxon Goldsmith was not Thunda and not responsible
for Thunda's crimes? This is a more plausible claim, but requires evidence
to back it up. If you don't believe in the accuracy of that video from an
"unidentified agent" then you'll need additional evidence to show that Jaxon
Goldsmith is actually dead, much less illegally killed by the government.

You might want to take your case over to the conspiracy nodes, where you
will probably get a better reception.
