Due to the overwhelming positive response, I will be pursuing the creation
of this list. I'll be contacting the HEARN admin first and work outwards
from there if they aren't interested.

Unlike ShadowTalk, this list will be closed AND no logs will be kept. You
will subscribe in the normal manner, but I'll have to manually add you.
This is to keep down newbie clutter.

I'll, of course, inform all of you once the list has been formed.
