There have been 2 changes in the ShadowTk policies:

1: List members who violate the posting-guidelines will be
deleted from the list and instructed to read the FAQ before
rejoining. There will be no more warnings, since they didn't

work anyhow.

2: The *****INTERNAL header has been blessed. Details can be found
in the "What are encrypts, and how do I use them?" section of the
FAQ.

Ummm...About the first, people make mistakes sometimes, is it fair to just
boot them off without a first warning?

and then the majority of us from umfleet all the way up to Hughes
will tell you to lurk for a while before making your first post.
