Freedom from oppression should be sufficient payment. However, knowing
what a greedy, mercenary bunch of people you are. The person or
persons responsible for the destruction of Lynch and his clan - provided
they announce their deed and can prove it - will receive a payment
beyond belief. Details available on completion.

Until this simple condition is met there will be a cleansing of
Seattle's metahuman scum such as will make the Night of Rage look like a
family bar-b-que.

Consider the consequences of the activities of the Children in this
city. We are everywhere, from all walks of life, you cannot hope to

We do not mind devoting our lives to the cause, and will not grovel on
the bench of justice if taken, we do not plea bargain as do the Alamos,
and their clones.

I do not expect you to believe me or trust me Stranger, though you will
find /no/ reason not to. In all my dealings I have been completely
honest, and generous. Jason's death will end the violence as it is now.
Whether his death is at my hand or that of another is immaterial. I
cannot say it will end _all_ violence, that would be an uneducated
statement, but it will end the campaign instigated by my orders.
Random violence occurs as is, there is little I can do about that. But
for an example, in the last two years the warriors following under my
banner have been silent, except for the occassional statement and
reminder - we have been politically active, and continue to fund
candidates we believe are suitable.

You don't have to believe me when I say the campaign will end, but you
have no reason to disbelieve me either. I know that the actions of the
Children have awakened a deep seated hatred in the heart of Seattle, but
that violence and hatred will die again, very quickly once I withdraw
the support of the Children, and the cells once again return to their
peaceful campaigning. I do not worry about the shadows turning against
me Stranger, they are too few and far between to pose much more than a
vague threat to one such as I - also it doesn't matter if I die, the
cause continues, and another will be sent to take my place - the
Children will live on. Another waits to take the mantle of Thunda, he
has not yet been released. Once he is, there will be only one outcome,
and I will be unable to prevent it, that is not a threat, it is a fact,
and I only have a short time to prevent it.

I can provide you with no assurances that the campaign will stop and the
escalation prevented except my own word as a warrior that I will turn
myself in to the Police upon Lynch's confirmed death. My arrest will
end it - there are ways of assuring that. Think on it Stranger, you
have nothing to lose by thinking.]<<<<<

fanatics of any stripe, but you're free to choose what you believe and how.
And I'll admit to curiousity about you and your motives and beliefs. But
if you continue killing children, heaven and earth will shake from the
battle between you and I, your minions and your enemies.

you or I. They grow, they learn, they make their own choices and
decisions in life. They commit heinous crimes, and wondrous deeds, yet
they are the future that is destroying our present. I must confess that
I always find fascinating the special place that children hold in
people's hearts and minds. You were all children once, yet what are you
now? Killers, murderers, law breakers, some mother's heartbreak. How
amusing that someone who could become like you all, should be so
important.

I do not control the actions of my servants Stranger. They kill who they
kill, the way they choose to kill them. I merely point a finger and say
"go". The end results are not my choice and I do not condone them, but
neither will I condemn them. What dies today, will not suffer the pain
of tomorrow, what ceases to be a life today, will not be a part of the
corruption that is on the horizon.

There is a storm brewing, you are quite correct in that assumption. And
if you and I should meet in battle, our strife will merely be the
thunder announcing the coming storm. Powers walk this earth that you
nor I can imagine. People meddle in things they cannot comprehend, and
the worst instigators of this meddling stands amongst us all, in the
forms of the metahumans. I have seen things that defy the imagination,
and chill the soul, brought about by the meddling of elven insanity. I
have seen attrocities by elven creatures, claiming them to be neccessary
for the greater good. I am called a terrorist, a lunatic, and a number
of other adjectives, but I am simply a tool, a tool that serves a power
that would see an end to the insanity and terror that is approaching us
at the beck and call of metahuman instigators.

If I read you correctly, then we will face each other across the field
of battle Stranger, because I cannot prevent the deaths of those you may
respect or hold dear. For centuries people have died in battles far
greater, and more senseless than the one I now wage against the invader,
people will die in this battle, as may I. You will do as you feel you
must. Perhaps, if we survive, we may talk again.

I can call an end to /this/ violence, and wage my war a different way, a
more peaceful way, but there is a condition to that, that I have to meet
