I have long known your stated reasons for running the shadows; think back
and I believe you'll recall my name. While my opinion of those reasons I
shall hold in reserve, I cannot fault your drive and ambition; both you and
Mr. Lynch have what Nietzsche would call the "will to power," an admirable
and rare trait.

I do fault your style of being so public, but that may be because you
function under a government aegis and therefor do not fear retribution for
your actions as most shadowrunners do. I do not know that you can even be
considered shadowrunners; rather you are indeed government agents, a fact
you make very public. Perhaps you crave the spotlight, perhaps you are
trying to show the shadow community that the government can stomp on them
at will, perhaps you simply lack subtlety. Irrelevant. I care not; we
have a difference of style and opinion. I am satisfied to leave it at that.

"We have no quarrel with you: allow us the same civility."

If you thought I was quarrelling with you, perhaps I was errant in my word
selection; perhaps I am even guilty within this message. There is no
benefit for me, neither personal nor business, of that you can be assured.
And so there is not quarrel between us. But watch your back shifter. Can
you not feel it? A storm is brewing and I do not believe that your life
will be left unchanged.]<<<<<

The shapeshifter known as Lillith seems to know much; for a shifter that
claims to have grown up amongst metahumanity, she seems to know what she

Aside from this, my re-assimilation goes well. I am pursuing a job offer

perhaps I have said too much, or perhaps too little.


Whether you fought the same foe as I do, or some other threat, I do not
in truth know: I know little beyond what you shared with us of your
battle. But that you fought a powerful enemy and won, that is clear, and
_that_ is why I might seek your aid.

The stars are coming right again.

I have no means to check them, but the reports are from a source who has
always been credible.

What occurs in there? Unknown. The largest has a cultivated area and a
_teocali_ within it, according to satellite information, and can be
found at >>gridref<<. I know of nobody who has visited it and returned.

It is a cause of some concern: that such a place should exist in the
