>>>>>[ I just sent word to Yoshida that he'll be having guests soon. I've
arranged to meet the team there too. I'm a little woozy, in a little pain,
and have some deck repairs to do, but everything turned out alright.

Delta Epsilon will be leaving Seattle once we take time to lick our wounds.
We have to get back to New York and the jobs waiting for us. But first, we
have an announcement to make. Thanks to a little legal advice from Mr.
Yoshida, Delta Epsilon is going semi-legit. Or at least we'll have a legal
front to work from now that we've become well known. With the payment from
the MagnaTech/Omega mission, we're starting up our own small company,
Delta Epsilon Investigatons and Retrievals (DEIR). It'll take some time to
get everything settled, and we'll have to go completely legit for a while to
establish credibility. I guess this is goodbye for now, we're all taking a
vacation after getting back to New York then getting back to work on DEIR,
the Alpaca mystery and the other mission that Akaru mentioned. We probably
won't be around for a while, but you may spot me on the Matrix occaisionally
in Decker's Haven, or Valhalla, and other such places. Remember, we'll be
back. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[Scythe, thanks a bunch... I don't know what we're gonna do with Susan
now... turns out that mage we wasted was her father... Blaze is sleeping off
the drain he went through, so he isn't talking about what the deal was... I
don't know myself.

I had Coyote check the logs before he crashed... you're right... there were
some software problems in the two physical run logs last night... our run had
some corruption with the post you sent us, and the other one didn't even get
posted the way it was supposed to... go figure...

Anyway... does anybody have any ideas what we should do with Susan? She's
kinda young... and I don't want to be a baby-sitter. Should we hand her over
to 'Raku? I'm just lookin for ideas here.]<<<<<

if you intend to send me back, I'll run away from you too! can't I hang with
you guys? I'll be good, promise... I won't get in the way. Please?]<<<<<

>>>>>[No. We'll find someplace for you. In the meantime, since you're so
adamant on it, you can stay here until we find someplace else for you.

Anybody want a 14 year old future Shadowrunner? Is there a training school we
could send her to or something? Get her out of my hair? Please?]<<<<<

just nee
ds someone to help her learn the ropes for the first few months. I just got
back from a run with TK, and all probability suggests that I will not
be available to offer my help. Lighten up. We all had to learn the streets.

and
becoming a runner... I'm just saying that I can't keep an eye on her... I have
my hands full already babysitting my own bunch. I don't need another person
hanging on me and depending on me. I'm bringing her to Vermont with us, but
after that, I would like to hand her off into the care of somebody who's a
little bit more able to handle somebody like her. So, if anybody is willing,
or knows somebody who's willing, to bring this girl under their wing, I would
really appreciate it.]<<<<<

annoyed at your attitude! We can take care of ourselves! Despite what you
think, we don not hang around with you because we need you, but because we
like you. You may be a veteran street runner, but you have a lot to learn
about dealing with people.

Susan, you're welcome to stay. Chance, pbbtpbbtbbtbbtbbt!]<<<<<

catch
the flight for Vermont... I just got your message, Stormfalcon, and I think
that's a great idea.

Valentine, would you mind taking in another kid after the weekend? She's a
former corp daughter, about 14 years old, with enough spunk to drive anyone
like me crazy. Could you take her? Just leave your response... I'll get it
after I'm back from Vermont.

Have a good week-end all!]<<<<<
