>>>>>[No offense intended Olorin, rumor is you know many arcane
secrets...but
I seriously doubt you have anything important to teach me. If you knew me
(which no one does) or my "friend" you would understand.
Are you trying to tell me there is a totem for _every_ type of living
creature? Tell me, is there a Capistrano Swallow totem? A "Walking Stick"
totem? A Cotimundi totem? Frag, why not have a Pineapple totem, or a
Bacteria totem...I have wandered the paths of magic and of the arcane for
many years now, I have seen what no mortal should, set metaphysical foot
where it never should have, and I have seen no evidence of your claim being
true. The ways of magic are strange indeed, perhaps unknowable, but I have
to strongly disagree with you.

I have only recently returned from a long trip to the Metaplanes and
I can confirm that Spider is becoming more active. Her intentions are still
not known to me, but She is spinning some sort of web. I shall wait...and
watch.]<<<<<

needs more info tell him to contact Ryuga.]<<<<<

for a totem in any animal. I've even met a Butterfly shaman.
Very placid, prone to sitting and meditating or contemplating the
flowers for hours on end, y'know? not your typical bug totem.]<<<<<

***** Unfortunately Moonwalker, your friends are not totally correct or totally
wrong. Totems exist. How they are viewed and in what way stays both constant
and changes depending upon the person considering them. There are not an
infininate number of totems depending on species of animal, for the concept of
species is a creation of man. Those who would argue over what types of totems
there are, tend not to follow one.*****

Then you know what it is I know, and some of what Rhonabwy knows. My only
question is how you were able to connect the two of us. I am curious, so
that I mught better cover my tracks.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Anytime pal, anytime. Like I said, if you're gonna go an' play
near that location you watch yourself, and make sure you got yourself
some back up, it's not a lot of fun. I had an advantage of gaining a
couple of the access codes, but you can bet your ass they changed those
after my visit.

I don't know if a covert op would work, I mean what the hell is covert
to a bug anyway, most of 'em work at night, those that don't are
replaced by the daytime ones, and some operate night and day, I figure
any attempt to get inside the building is going to be a slaughter, but
it might be something we need to think about. But I reckon a full
assault would probably be the only way. but then, I'm no tactician, so
what do I know.

Lookin' at what happened to Foad... Fohdee... aw hell, that buddy o'
yours, I don't think we're gonna find an easy way to crack this one.
I'd appreciate you forwarding any information you manage to gather about
the Chess Men and especially this Gemeos Assembly, DA ain't so sure,
he's looking at the possibility that they may be something else, but I
figure they're either allies or closely associated with the old CM.
I've also got my suspicions about a couple of other things, but I'll
shut up about that for now.

I'm sorry about hurtin' Canis's delicate feelings, it weren't
intentional, it was just such a surprise seein' that expression of shock
on DA's face, he had no idea it was Shamans that summoned the Bugs.
However, Canis is old enough to know that no matter what he wishes
there's evil in _every_ walk of life. So I don't think he shoulda been
that hurt, but then, these old timers are strange.

Oh well, I gotta go, DA's preparin' to leave as soon as he's heard from
a couple of people, so I'll talk to you later.]<<<<<
