>>>>>[ Been 20 days and no word, hopefully you haven't run into any trouble
with SK. Afraid I can't say the same for myself - Streeker found a bug on
the Matrix tap on this week's security runthrough, and after that we found a
few other bugs around my pad. So, they're on to us - so, we've packed up
fast and moved out. My entire team's all headed for their boltholes of
choice, my fence for this op too. I've stashed the canister somewhere safe
for now.

It's entirely probably they're watching you as well - for that matter, it's
almost a given. Tread carefully and watch your bytes. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ I've been working on it, and I've secured some access codes for a
node that I think will have the data that we're looking for. I'll get
back with you tomorrow with the details -- if I don't get back to you it
means that I've failed in my attempt and that I'm laying low. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ Okay, I've got a full file on that canister you've grabbed,
including
laboratory test results. I've attached the technical data to this message,
but I'll run down the highlights for you.

In a nutshell, the canister contains compressed gas that is made of a
number of substances including some awakened biomass. Somehow -- I'm not
a biochemist and frankly I'm not even sure that a biochemist would understand
this drek -- but somehow it renders those who come in contact with it
unconcious by temporarily draining all of their magical energy. It works on
contact, so only a full NBC suit gives protection, but it does not enter
the bloodstream so it cannot be detected after the fact by blood testing.
The only noted side effect is slight nausea after awakening.

I narrowly avoided SK teams a couple of times in my searching, so they are
digging into this very heavily -- you might be able to cut a deal with them.
If not, you need to at least be aware that they are VERY interested in this
technology and appear to be willing to go to some lengths to get ahold of
that canister.

Good luck, and let me know if there's anything else you need. I have quite
a few contacts that I've built up over the years, so I might be able to assist
in more than straight decking and information retrieval.
