I just finished reading through the report. Excellent work on the base. I
suppose the remaining problems now are Tepanohoutec and Zicahuata. Will you
be remanding the good Colonel to the State for protection and a discrete
debriefing?

As far as Zicahuata is concerned, I have managed to uncover some evidence of
tampering with communications between him and the Pyramid (no mean feat as
I'm sure you can appreciate). If you are resolved to eliminate him, the time
must be _very_ soon before he gets recalled into the Aztlani bureaucracy.
