I do not suppose your statement was intended to be expressed in such a
leading and loaded manner?
As Dread Executor, it is my duty and charge to enforce the regulations
contained within the FAQ document in a impartial but energetic manner.
These conventions were adopted for the benefit of all and could hardly
be considered exorbitant in the demands they place upon participants --
I am not coercing you to relinquish your blood by the pint here.
One's character's characterization is to be conducted within the confines
of the message, not in one's encryption protocol -- in fact, it was the
excesses to which such tendencies developed which brought about the very
conditions that necessitated the adoption of a innovative, standardized
system of encryption.
It is also far easier, from a regulatory standpoint, to require ubiquitous
adherence, rather than individually arbitrating whe'er or not specific
"personalization" violates the conventions or not. It assists in impartial
enforcement, and thus it conforms to the maxim of reigning with a fair, yet
firm, hand, as has been my goal.
