Won't work. Remember Ramirez said that the encryption algorithm had a
well-know _READ_ONLY_ hole in it. This means that you could take samples
of the stream and read it (which has been done), but if you inject
something into it, it wouldn't be encrypted with the same key as the rest
and would be filtered as noise.

The only place you could inject misinformation is at the transfer point
where everything is decrypted and re-encrypted with Meyer's own
algorithm, and that site has more security than the old Fort Knox.

Besides, the information, once inside, will be processed, and
cross-checked and re-cross-checked and probably recognized as bogus.
Unfortunately, nobody knows what MONICA is up to, so it is difficult to
determine WHAT misinformation to give her.]<<<<<
