Tertiary is proceeding better than planned, and the operatives are all in
place. They report certain unusual difficulties regarding the Astral,
but nothing other than that. They do not suspect that it will be
sufficently a problem to warrant postponement. The distractions are
proceeding nearly perfectly.

long lead time parts, as well as those that can be best fabricated in

I estimate approximately 6 weeks until preliminary designs are built and
