Psycological Profile:
Currently it is believed that this person is extremely racially
biased against metahumans and in perticular females. This may stem from
sexual frustration or some childhood emotional injury, whatever the case
this person should be considered extremely dangerous and unperdictible,
if encountered take whatever action is needed to subdue this person, if
he resists you are authorized to use deadly force. This person, if
allow to continue, will continue to kill in the most horrid ways,
therefore it is of high priority that this person be stopped. It is
unlikely that any type of treatment will work due to the severity of his
disfunction.
Historical Profile:
It has been the conclusion of the investigating officer that
this person maybe wanted in other areas of the world. There seems to be
a long history (approx 10 yrs) of these types of murders around the
world, starting in northern Europe. The crimes there are concidered
closed, therefore information from those areas will be very hard to
obtain. So far the victim count is up to 360 people all female
metahumans, it is unknow how this individual gets around, however it is
the suspection of the investigating officer that he may be tied to
Humanus, however this has not been proven. This personal may be a
chemist and has connection through chemical supply houses, the muders in
the Seatac area began almost 2 years again, but the crimes were
committed in high crime areas therefore they were discounted, however
our boy has seemed to move into a higher profile area, killing people
who were missed.

This is the only information I was able to get, actually that is not
quite true, it seems that some of the families and pooled together and
have set up a trust (of approx 1,500,000 Y) for the death of this killer
and will pay it in gold. Anyone out there want a quick buck? Watch you
backs though VERY little is known about this slimeball, and he is GOOD
