I am weary, Dimitri, very weary of doing what I do, for the goals I have in
mind. To have the power to do good in the Tir you must be a royal, and a
powerful one at that. But then you are imbrioled in The Game of Houses.
Politics, infighting, other, less savory things. It drains you. Corrupting
everything in its path. It is very tiring waking up to play another hand in
that Fools Card Game, day in and day out.
Perhaps I talk to much. I salute you Dimitri - you are a true noble. You do
what is right, play by your own rules, your goals have not twisted you. Your
combonation of intellect and integrity mark you as a noble, and a better one
than the peacocks who strut around in fine things, or the sharks that have
no humanity. In truth you are a noble, better than I, I admit. Do yourself a
favor, stay at your current station --- do not let the system twist you as it
has done to me.
I hope one day I will be worthy to sit by you to watch a game, and you shall
