Please elaborate what you meant by the term "extreme prejudice", as
this may be the only point where the cost may raise, with parameters
like no/required collateral damage, special way to off target, message
deliverd... If this sounds absurd to you, great - so it does to me, but
customer's wishes... ]<<<<<
